Yes, you will be guided to login or register for a new login as part of placing an order. Registration is quick and simple.
At this time logins from other Harvey Norman sites are separate and will not work on the Harvey Norman Direct Import website.
What are my payment options?
All Harvey Norman Direct Import prices for games are quoted in Australian dollars. Your online purchase is made easy and secure with a selection of payment options, including credit card (GO Mastercard, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Diners Club) or PayPal. What is the cost of Delivery?
A delivery fee is applicable to each order. This delivery fee is $3.95 per order and you can order up to 5 games and/or blu-rays per order.
How long will my order take to be delivered?
Orders are usually delivered to metropolitan locations between 14-21 business days. This timeframe may be affected during any peak postal times during the year (ie Christmas/Easter) or during British/Australian public holidays. Our games and blu-rays are at fantastic prices and will be worth the wait!
Dispatch times will vary, usually items will dispatch between 2-5 business days after you order.
Pre-order games will dispatch from the release date onwards (release date is subject to change). The release date can be found in the product description for pre-order games.
To ensure the quickest possible delivery orders may be shipped in multiple packages.

Where can you deliver to?
We can deliver products to your home or office anywhere within Australia. Purchased items are normally dispatched one to three (Republic of Ireland) business days after the order is placed.
We cannot deliver one order to multiple delivery addresses; in this instance you must order items separately and assign the different delivery addresses to each.
All deliveries will be mailed to the delivery address provided; deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes. If you have not received them within a reasonable period (after 21 business days of the placement of the order), contact us for further instructions.
What happens if an item I have ordered is unavailable?
We endeavour to have all items on the website in stock. Sometimes it is beyond our control that stock of an advertised product may not be available for shipping. If your product is unavailable for an extended period of time we will contact you and give you the option to cancel any out of stock products from your order.
Can I pickup my order?
Pickup is not available as the games/blu-rays are shipped direct to you from the United Kingdom
Is this pricing available in-store?

Is the Best Price Guarantee applicable?
No, the Harvey Norman best price guarantee is not available on direct imports.
Can I return or replace an item if I’m not happy with it?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and suggest that you inspect your items upon delivery, to ensure you are happy with their condition and operation. If you’re not content with the state of your new purchase, claims for returns, replacements and warranty can be made here under our Refund Policy.
Am I responsible for any GST or Duties payable?
All online transactions with Harvey Norman Direct Imports are GST Free.
Customs Duty is normally applicable to singles order of $1,000 and above.
We recommend that you refer to Australian Customs to determine any liability you may have with your order. Harvey Norman Direct Imports reserves its rights to withdraw and amend the offer of GST payment without any notification to you.
For any taxation and warranty queries, it is recommended that you retain any invoice and shipping confirmation relating to your purchase.

As the games and blu-rays are being distributed direct from the United Kingdom and Europe, content is subject to British/European classification ratings. Are the games and blu-rays genuine?
All direct imported games and Blu-rays are genuine and are provided by normal distributors based in the United Kingdom and will come with English Manuals. Harvey Norman will never provide or support the sale of pirated software. All games and Blu-rays are new and supplied directly from the manufacturer.
Will I be able to play direct imported games and blu-rays on my Australian Console, PC or blu-ray Player?
Direct imported games purchased from this website are imported from the UK and are coded for the PAL systems. UK carries the same region coding for all consoles and PC’s purchased in Australia. Blu-rays also use the same region coding as Australia.
If your console, PC or bluray Player was not purchased in Australia or has been modified, we cannot guarantee that these games and blu-rays will operate. If in doubt you should contact the console or blu-ray player manufacturer prior to ordering.
It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that when purchasing games with 3D Capabilities that they have appropriate hardware, i.e: 3D enabled TV / console.
For blu-ray movies/TV shows which include a DVD component (ie movie triple packs), you will require a region free DVD player to play these DVD's. If in doubt you should contact the DVD player manufacturer prior to ordering.
If a game or blu-ray is restricted for sale in Australia will it be available for sale on this website?
Games and/or Blu-rays that have been refused classification in Australia will not be available on this website. Harvey Norman fully supports any decision by the Australian Classification Board and will withdraw from sale any game title refused classification in Australia.
Will the game be exactly the same as the Australian version?
Due to the different classification ratings in Australia, imported games may have slightly different game play than a game purchased in Australia.
Will online gameplay have online capability?
As the games are imported from Europe, the online capability is generally connected through overseas servers, which may result in the online capabilities from Australia being limited.
